Request for Proposals Regarding the Disposition of the Ruby Valley Hospital

The Board of Trustees of the Ruby Valley Medical Center is accepting written proposals through Monday, January 28, 2019 at 5pm for the sale, lease or community development of the premises of the Ruby Valley Hospital located at 220 East Crofoot, Sheridan, Montana.  The facility is approximately 14,000 sq. ft, built in 1964.  The former Ruby Valley Medical Clinic building, adjacent to the Ruby Valley Hospital is not included in this offering.  Please click here for the floor plan for the Ruby Valley Hospital.  


The Ruby Valley Hospital is offered in strictly “as is” condition.  John Semingson, Ruby Valley Medical Center's Chief Executive Officer, or Ed Smathers, Maintenance Supervisor, can be contacted at (406) 842-5453 regarding specific questions about the building.  


Proposals must be in writing and should provide as much detail as possible regarding the intended use of the facility.  Proposals for community development must include certification of non-profit or government entity status.  All other proposals must include an offer of financial compensation in the form of a long-term lease or purchase bid.  All proposals must include detailed information regarding anticipated financial resources for building modifications and operations.
