Director of Human Resources

The Ruby Valley Hospital is accepting applications for Director of Human Resources.

As an HR Department of One, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources functions. The Director of Human Resources originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. May be responsible for other duties outside of Human Resources as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND POSITION COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5 year's related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred

SCHEDULE:

  • 30 hours per week, qualifies for full time benefits
  • Flexible Hours
