Les Gilman

President

Les Gilman was appointed to the Ruby Valley Medical Center's Board of Trustees in the fall of 2020, shortly after retiring from 12 years of service as the chairman of the Healthcare Foundation. Les is a 5th generation rancher in the Alder area and the Executive Director of the Ruby Habitat Foundation. He has also served the local community, and the State of Montana, on a wide variety of boards and committees, including local water, fire and school boards and the statewide Montana Rangeland Resource Committee. He is proud of the outstanding service provided by the Medical Center and those that staff it.

Cleve Witham

Vice President

Cleve Witham is a native Montanan. He and his wife have three children and have been Ruby Valley residents for 20 years. He is the Ruby Valley Market President / Sr. Ag. Lender for Opportunity Bank of MT.  He understands the importance of access to quality healthcare in rural communities and has served on the Board since 2022.

Tony Simonsen

Tony Simonsen  co-owns Guardian Group (Home Park Assisted Living) with his wife, Emily. The Simonsen's are eager supporters of healthcare issues in the Ruby Valley. Tony has been a member of the Board since 2015 and became president in 2020.

Dustin Tetrault

Dustin Tetrault is a native of Central Illinois and relocated to the Ruby Valley 12 years ago alongside his wife, who is now a Physician's Assistant in Dillon. He currently serves as Deputy Fire Chief at the Big Sky Fire Department in Big Sky, where he oversees a team of 37 full-time employees and all facets of managing the organization. Dustin and his wife have two young active daughters that are involved in numerous activities throughout the Ruby Valley. Dustin harbors a profound passion for RVMC's success and firmly advocates for its sustainable growth to adequately meet the evolving needs of the growing Ruby Valley community.

Carol Braach

Member-at-large

Sheridan, MT

Carol Braach spent 36 years nursing at the Ruby Valley Hospital, starting back in the days when the hospital was located in a converted home on Mill Street. She retired from the Ruby Valley Hospital in 1998 and has served on the Board for since 2008.
